Our water heater unexpectedly started leaking on a Sunday which makes it harder 2 communicate w/our management so we had an outside contractor come & turn it off as well as drain some of it. I contacted our management about everything & surprisingly the next day (Monday) they actually stepped up & called Arch plumbing Idk if they were sent by god but the 2 gentlemen that did the job were really nice, very professional, smart, efficient, hella cool & funny. The water heater is nice, it looks like a device I need math for 😆 it’s only been an hour but it’s awesome so far. Overall great ppl came & did great work. I believe one of gentleman was Alex & the other was G. Hopefully when I do an update cause it’s only been an hr I will hv it right 👍🏽 ~ Shirelle R

Arch Plumbing is the highest quality Bay Area Plumbing company I ever worked with. We own a 120 year old home in Burlingame that had old plumbing in place. We did a large home remodel in 3 phases. We used a different plumber in phase 1. I was introduced to Amado & his incredible team in phase 2 & 3 and my one regret is that I didn’t work with Amado in phase 1. Arch is efficient, economical and honest which are an incredible feat for 1 company to have. My sister has a home & ADU nearby. She had countless sewer problems with her ADU and worked with 3 plumbing companies who did not resolve her issue. I recommended she work with Arch and Arch’s team resolved her issue in 2 days. My sister’s biggest regret is not finding ARCH sooner. Many who have their 1st experience with Arch feel the same. ~ Jen H

Arch Plumbing reached back to me in a timely manner after receiving the maintenance request. They were ready to start on the day of the request, but I wasn't home so we scheduled another time. Gerson arrived on time, did everything that was needed to be done to get through a reeeeeally bad clog deep in the pipes. Used two types of machines, and the second one was a wheeled powered snake, kinda one of the "big guns". :) He had all the tools without a need to go to another place to get them, had all the knowledge and skills, used shoe covers to not leave mess on the floor and cleaned all the mess created in the process. Overall, it's a five star to both the company and the plumber! ~ Viktor

Arch has been servicing my building for years. First with a new water heater, which required the old heater to be sawed in half to make it down the stairwell. They are resourceful, creative and have a can do attitude. My point person, June, helped initiate an emergency issue. Mark and Clarice came and serviced us with replacing a corroded pipe, installing a new expansion tank and backflow components. Could not have been nicer and very efficient. June followed up to ensure the work was completed as discussed. Plumbing is expensive but their prices seem reasonable compared to others in the city and their attention to detail, service and follow up makes it worth it. Thank you! ~ Jessica B

I LOVE Arch Plumbing! They fixed my toilet in the past, and I was extremely happy with their service: fast response time, free consultation, quote, resolution, and everyone was friendly, efficient, communicative, and helpful! This time, they helped me with my garbage disposal. Christian was able to send someone over the next day! Randy was super friendly, professional, clean, thorough, and explained everything. Alex was professional and replaced the motor in our heating unit after we failed to find someone who could do it for a couple of years. He informed us that whoever tried to fix it last time put in a motor that was only for 1 speed systems, but ours is a 3 speed which is one of the reasons it was not functioning properly. He tested the vents to make sure the temp was in line with others in our apt building before leaving. He also was respectful of our home and even cleaned up the area where he was working before heading out. I appreciated how easy he was to communicate with, and how quickly he responded when coordinating the appointment. Would definitely recommend! ~ Jessica S

Mark B. with Arch Plumbing Inc. was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was polite and very gracious when I called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. It was clear from the moment he enter the property and examined the boiler, the water storage tank, drainage system and a few other plumbing- related systems, that he knew what he was doing. He identified where there was an immediate need for service, and where things could wait if there are budgetary constraints. I felt that he was transparent and helpful- great reflection on his company, Arch Plumbing. During the walk- thru of the property, he patiently answered all my questions. I never felt that Mark was impatient, rude and even transactional. Mark is truly a great representative of Arch Plumbing. I'm a property manager in SF and was wildly impressed by the team at Arch for their work at 920 LV. The plumbing was completed correctly the first time, and they navigated all the right bureaucratic hoops (if you've ever dealt with SFDBI, you know how difficult they can make things). Mark was the main on-site lead for most of the repairs—just the nicest guy you could ever meet. High attention to detail, very smart, very thorough, and he clearly articulated every step of the way. June was the project manager and did his research on the location to find the easiest access point for his team. He also provided prompt updates on what the crew was doing on-site. Not a single snake oil salesman on this team. These guys are truly knowledgeable about their field and perform their work with integrity. I originally contacted Arch Plumbing Co for a standpipe issue which was resolved but asked if they provided other services - which to our delight they do. Customer service provided via telephone were courteous and responsive. Staff provided a reasonable appointment date. The service man who came out was also fantastic, professional and knowledgable. He looked under our kitchen sink and provided a reasonable cost estimate to repair the valves/pipes while also identifying other issues which he readily repaired. Clean up and service was not only fast but also well done. Highly recommend and would call again for future services. ~ Jeff S

This is where my story begins. I’ve been displaced from my residence for nearly two years now since my HOA has contracted plumbers after plumbers unable to replicate the leak source. Nearly two years is a long time especially with Veteran combat related injuries and unable to live in my home. Mr. Mark Berant accomplished in a few hours what my HOA could not do in nearly two years. Just had my 1st service call with Arch Plumbing and it was fantastic. Alex was my technician and he arrived when scheduled, wore protective shoes in the house without being asked and shared quite a bit of information about my heating system and the required fix while he worked. I know this is going to sound like a paid response but, believe me, it isn't. I'm a rental property owner and finding a competent and reliable plumbing company is essential to my peace of mind. When I found (and began using Arch Plumbing years ago) I was delighted with their overwhelmingly competent, pleasant, courteous plumbers. And even though they are involved with some very large projects, they always found time for some smaller problems that I might have. Customer service is outstanding. I called to request plumbing services and was informed that o one could come until the following day. When I explained that it was an emergency I was told that I would get a call back after the receptionist checked in with her supervisor. She called back in less that 5 minutes with an ETA for that day between 2-5pm. Arch showed up before noon. Called them on a late Saturday evening for a clogged toilet problem. Carissa and Eric showed up and wow! They were so thorough with their jobs. The basically took the whole toilet out and did such a clean job! I live in a building and sometimes the units above and below and cause the clogging. Arch plumbing installed our boiler two years ago and recently it has been very loud and three times I have smelled exhaust in our small boiler room. Eric and Carissa have been out twice to try and solve this mystery. They are very professional, polite and most important, knowledgeable about the system. Gerson came on short notice to fix our leaking sink and backed up drain. He fixed it within an hour and said that he would write a note that the work went possibly beyond the purview of the homeowner so I could possibly get the HOA to pay for the work. Bravo to the team to dispatch him so quickly and to Gerson for being able to remediate the issue so efficiently on short notice. We had a little emergency drain blockage and flood in our bathroom at 7pm on a Saturday hours before we were to leave town. Oscar showed up in 30 minutes from the time we called and with a big smile on his face snaked the line and fixed the problem in less than an hour.
